SDI remodeled this condo's primary bath in one of the best locations in Tysons.

Our design goals were to create a bigger shower, provide better storage, and upgrade all the fixtures and finishes to suit our client’s preferences. A new double vanity with triple drawers and a linen tower replaced existing thermofoil cabinetry with very little storage. Sleek new lighting replaced clunky Hollywood dressing room style vanity lights.

We removed the existing tub, reworked existing plumbing and built a curbless tile shower with recessed lighting, and added a frameless shower door. The handheld sliding shower head has a hidden on/off switch in the new half wall that allows the bather to turn on the shower without getting wet!

In place of the existing shower, we designed oversized linen cabinets, replaced the toilet, and added a heated towel bar with a timer. All new 12x24 gray and white porcelain tile was installed throughout.
