DISCOVERY & NEEDS ASSESSMENT
Our journey to create your perfect space begins with a meeting at your home or property. During our discovery meeting we will discuss your needs, vision and style preferences. We want to gain an understanding of the scope of your project so that we can end our meeting with a mutual agreement on your overall project plan and budget. As licensed Class A contractors in both Virginia and Washington, D.C., we're equipped to guide projects of any scale — from a single room refresh to a full renovation.
DESIGN
Once we have been retained for services, we'll take measurements and do a complete analysis of the layout, functionality and flow of your spaces. This is where the magic happens! Your designer will create custom floor plans with options based on your budget for you to choose from. For renovation projects, this design is developed entirely in-house — integrating the architectural and structural plan with your furnishings and finishes from the very start, so every decision works together.
SELECTIONS
We bring all the selections to you! Options such as fabrics, furnishings, tile, and cabinetry will be explored and catered to fit your unique style preferences. For remodels, this extends to the materials that shape the space itself — doors, windows, roofing, flooring and more — all selected with the same eye for style and function.
PROFESSIONAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT & INSTALLATION
Your project will be professionally managed by our design team from the ground up. We pull all necessary permits and manage every inspection along the way, and we hire and oversee the full range of trades your project requires — carpentry, plumbing, electrical, mechanical and painting — along with specialized experts such as structural engineers or waterproofing specialists when the scope calls for it. From scheduling and on-site oversight of contractors to accepting and directing deliveries, we supervise every furnishing and remodeling installation so nothing falls through the cracks.
GRAND REVEAL
Once everything has been delivered and installed, we complete the finishing touches — styling every shelf, folding every throw, placing every last accessory — and open the door to reveal your transformed space. This is the moment we love most: watching you walk through a home that finally reflects who you are.
